When you use a website form to register your interest in Nucleation Capital or submit information about yoru venture, we collect your name, contact information and other data that you provide. You may update or change any registration information by submitting a new form with the corrected information. Later submissions over-write earlier submissions. You may also email us at: email@example.com. All personal information submitted is kept private and used solely for our professional operation of the fund. Please note: We will never contact you to request any personal banking, payment or financial information. All financial transactions are managed and conducted through our venture portal at AngelList.
When you submit information through our Website, you are opting in to receive communications from us or about NC. We do not share any of your personal information with any third party for any purpose. Most of our communications with you will be by private email service from a nucleationcapital.com domain email address. However, in the future, there may be group messages sent through a commercial html service or through our venture technology platform, should you elect to participate in our fund. Consistent with applicable laws, including United States CAN-SPAM laws, you can opt out of certain email communications by clicking “unsubscribe” on those communications. To opt out of receiving private emails from us, simply request to be removed from our communications.

We do not share the information we collect about you with third parties. In connection with your use of the Website, which may involve your submission of information in order to be pre-qualified for inclusion in our fund, we will provide further information about us, our fund and how to subscribe directly to you using an email address that is identified with us and the nucleationcapital.com domain. Any information purporting to come from us which does not have our domain extension should be reported, especially if there is any attempt to request payments or financial information. The only exception will be in the event that we have been asked to provide information pursuant to a law enforcement matter or court orders, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, judicial proceeding, or other legal process served on us by a credible authority.

If we learn of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps.
